  The American Kennel Club has put the word out: 2023′s top dog is the French bulldog, which has eased out the Labrador retriever as the United States' favorite purebred canine.

  A study released by Bristol University finds that play is the key to our dogs’ well-being. The study of 4,000 dog owners showed that dogs who don’t engage in play suffer from behavioral issues such as anxiety and aggression. Less play time also leads to increased whining, jumping up, and ignoring their humans. Cognitive Canine Scientists agree that play is the key to a dog’s happiness.
